Refund Policy

1. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once your payment for CUSET registration is successfully completed, the fee is final and no refund, partial refund, credit or adjustment will be provided. This includes, without limitation, the following situations:

• Change of mind — you decide not to appear for the Examination after paying.
• Absence — you miss the Examination or your scheduled window for any personal reason (illness, travel, other engagements, forgetting the date, etc.).
• Ineligibility — you are found not to meet the eligibility criteria. Caution: verify your eligibility on the website before paying; the fee is not refunded if you registered while ineligible.
• Candidate-side technical failure — device malfunction, power cut, or internet interruption at your end during the Examination. Ensuring a reliable device and connection is your responsibility.
• Performance or results — dissatisfaction with your score, scholarship band, or non-qualification for any scholarship.
• Disqualification — removal from the Examination for malpractice or breach of the Terms & Conditions results in forfeiture of the full fee.
• Coupon issues — failure to apply a coupon before paying; discounts cannot be applied retroactively and the difference is not refundable.
• Admission decisions — the fee relates to the Examination only and is not refundable based on any subsequent admission outcome at the University.

2. Limited Exceptions

• Failed transactions: if money is debited from your account but the payment fails and your registration is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway/your bank, typically within 5–7 working days. No action is usually required.
• Genuine duplicate payment: if, due to a gateway or technical error, you are charged more than once for the same registration, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification. Report it within 48 hours to info@cuset.ge with your payment reference(s).
• Examination cancelled by the Organizer: if we cancel the Examination entirely and do not offer an alternate date, registered candidates will be offered a refund of the fee paid or a free transfer to the next cycle, at the candidate's choice.

3. Chargebacks

Raising a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid, delivered registration in contradiction of this Policy is treated as a breach of our Terms and may lead to disqualification and denial of future registration.

4. How Approved Refunds Are Paid

Where a refund is approved under Section 2, it is processed to the original payment method only, within 7–10 working days of approval. We cannot refund to a different account, card or wallet, or in cash.
