1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Caucasus University Scholarship Eligibility Test ("CUSET", "the Examination"), operated through this website ("we", "us", "the Organizer"). By creating an account, paying the examination fee, or attempting the Examination, you (and, where you are a minor, your parent/guardian on your behalf) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or make payment.
2. About CUSET
CUSET is a merit-based scholarship eligibility examination conducted online for candidates seeking admission to the 6-year English-taught Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at Caucasus University, Tbilisi, Georgia. The Examination assesses Physics, Chemistry and Biology through 100 multiple-choice questions in 100 minutes. CUSET is an eligibility and scholarship assessment only: appearing in or scoring in CUSET does not by itself constitute admission to Caucasus University, which remains subject to the University's admission process, document verification and applicable regulations.
3. Eligibility
- Candidates must have completed, or be completing, Grade 12 / Higher Secondary education with Biology and Chemistry as compulsory subjects (Physics recommended), from a recognized board.
- Candidates must meet the age and academic requirements applicable to the MD program in the intended admission year.
- All information provided at registration — including name, email, mobile number, city and parent/guardian details — must be true, accurate and complete. Registration based on false or misleading information may be cancelled at any stage, including after results, without refund.
4. Account & Registration
- Each candidate may register only once, using their own details. Duplicate, fraudulent or impersonated accounts will be removed and associated attempts voided.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- The email address and mobile number provided at registration are the official communication channels for the Examination. It is your responsibility to keep them accessible and to check them regularly.
5. Examination Fee, Coupons & Payment
- The examination fee is displayed on this website at the time of enrollment and is payable online through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Fees may be displayed and charged in different currencies depending on your selected country/region at registration.
- Promotional coupon codes, where issued, are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Misuse of coupon codes is grounds for disqualification.
- The fee covers one (1) attempt at the Examination in the announced examination window and access to the practice question bank. It does not include tuition, admission, visa, travel or any other cost.
- Scholarship Disclaimer: The CUSET (Caucasus University Scholarship Eligibility Test) is conducted by CEECO International Pvt. Ltd. as an authorized admission and student recruitment partner of Caucasus University. CEECO International Pvt. Ltd. is responsible only for organizing and conducting the examination and forwarding eligible candidates for scholarship consideration. Scholarships are not provided, funded, approved, or guaranteed by CEECO International Pvt. Ltd. All scholarship awards are granted solely by Caucasus University based on the candidate's examination performance, academic qualifications, eligibility criteria, scholarship availability, and the University's prevailing policies. Appearing for or qualifying in CUSET does not guarantee admission, any scholarship, or a specific scholarship percentage. The final decision regarding scholarship eligibility and award rests exclusively with Caucasus University.
- All fees are strictly non-refundable and registrations cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds, as detailed in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Examination Conduct & Malpractice
The Examination is conducted online. By participating you agree that:
- You will take the Examination personally. Impersonation of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- You will not use, consult or communicate with any other person, website, application, AI tool, book or material during the Examination unless expressly permitted.
- You will not copy, photograph, record, share or otherwise reproduce any examination question or content. All examination content is our confidential intellectual property.
- You will not share examination links, credentials or access with any other person.
- A stable internet connection and a compatible device are your responsibility. Interruptions attributable to your device, power or connectivity do not entitle you to a re-attempt or refund, except at our sole discretion.
7. Scholarships
- Scholarship awards are merit-based, determined solely by CUSET score bands published on this website, and apply to first-year tuition fees only of the MD program at Caucasus University.
- Scholarships are conditional upon the candidate satisfying the University's admission requirements, completing enrollment, and verification of original documents. They are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any additional benefit announced for top scorers (for example, flight assistance to Georgia) is subject to the specific conditions announced with it.
- Decisions of the Organizer and Caucasus University regarding scores, scholarship bands and awards are final and binding.
8. Results
Results are ordinarily declared within three (3) working days of your attempt and communicated to your registered email and/or account. Marking follows the published scheme (+1 per correct answer, no negative marking, maximum 100). Results are final; there is no provision for re-evaluation, re-checking or re-attempt of the same window.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in the Examination — including questions, the practice bank, text, design and branding — is owned by or licensed to the Organizer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Changes, Suspension & Disqualification
We may modify examination dates, format, platform or these Terms where reasonably necessary, with notice on this website or to your registered email. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or disqualify any registration for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Examination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Examination shall not exceed the examination fee actually paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including internet, power or platform outages, and regulatory changes).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India in respect of payments processed in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Admission and scholarship matters at Caucasus University are additionally governed by the laws of Georgia and the University's regulations.
