1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Caucasus University Scholarship Eligibility Test ("CUSET", "the Examination"), operated through this website ("we", "us", "the Organizer"). By creating an account, paying the examination fee, or attempting the Examination, you (and, where you are a minor, your parent/guardian on your behalf) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or make payment.

2. About CUSET

CUSET is a merit-based scholarship eligibility examination conducted online for candidates seeking admission to the 6-year English-taught Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at Caucasus University, Tbilisi, Georgia. The Examination assesses Physics, Chemistry and Biology through 100 multiple-choice questions in 100 minutes. CUSET is an eligibility and scholarship assessment only: appearing in or scoring in CUSET does not by itself constitute admission to Caucasus University, which remains subject to the University's admission process, document verification and applicable regulations.

The Examination is conducted online. By participating you agree that:

Malpractice warning: any breach of this section — detected before, during or after the Examination, including through proctoring data, response-pattern analysis or third-party reports — may result in immediate disqualification, voiding of results, forfeiture of scholarship eligibility and forfeiture of all fees paid, without notice or refund.

Results are ordinarily declared within three (3) working days of your attempt and communicated to your registered email and/or account. Marking follows the published scheme (+1 per correct answer, no negative marking, maximum 100). Results are final; there is no provision for re-evaluation, re-checking or re-attempt of the same window.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the Examination — including questions, the practice bank, text, design and branding — is owned by or licensed to the Organizer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Changes, Suspension & Disqualification

We may modify examination dates, format, platform or these Terms where reasonably necessary, with notice on this website or to your registered email. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or disqualify any registration for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Examination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Examination shall not exceed the examination fee actually paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including internet, power or platform outages, and regulatory changes).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India in respect of payments processed in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Admission and scholarship matters at Caucasus University are additionally governed by the laws of Georgia and the University's regulations.
